How to Clear Your Space + Boost Your Manifesting Mojo

Yesterday I went on a de-cluttering rampage.

I swept through the house like a streak of weasel’s pee (whatever that means). My office was rearranged, closet sorted, kid’s toys organised, paperwork filed + ordered. It was like a weird compulsion entered my psyche and said, “Okay Sarah Bagera, enough is enough – it’s time to shift some energy!”

Here are 3 damn good reasons why de-cluttering is awesome:

  1. You free up some amazing energy to manifest new stuff. The Universe sees your efforts + responds accordingly.
  2. Decluttering creates some great shifts in environmental energy that helps you to think with more clarity.
  3. You feel more in control, less stressed and in a better mental space to be more productive.

Ever heard of the Law of Vacuum? Read the below (excerpted from here).

THE LAW OF THE VACUUM

The Law of The Vacuum states that all material forces of the universe abhor

the vacuum and rush to fill each hole, opening, void, blank page, field
of clarity or empty moment with image, garbage, sound and fury,
often signifying nothing so precious as the original voidness.

This Law states that space allows movement, and that when all space
is filled the solidarity prevents further movement or growth.

By reducing bit by bit the inappropriate and the unnecessary aspects
of one's lifestyle one can create the time, space, atmosphere and
opportunities to move, grow, replenish and to rebuild on a more
solid foundation. This Law creates the spaces in which to place only
the highest and only the best with the least amount of energy and expense.

As an example: This Awareness indicates that energies create a vacuum behind them the vacuum draws forth other energies. That wherein entities move towards the Light, wherein entities move toward higher spiritual dimensions, wherein entities move toward higher levels of consciousness; these entities create a vacuum which draws others to fill that void which the entity left behind, and in this manner when one entity progresses toward higher levels of awareness, others are drawn toward higher levels of awareness.

When your environment is clear you can think with greater clarity, you feel more in control and you release a lot of stress by closing unnecessary mental brain-ware.

A cluttered space is usually symptomatic of a cluttered mind.

In order to harness this awesome Law of Vacuum it’s necessary to make the move with the clutter clearing as soon as possible.

Not sure where to begin? Here are a few ideas...

WARDROBE/CLOSET

Get rid of anything that doesn’t fit you now. Donate anything that you haven’t worn in 12 months to charity. Keep the special or sentimental items but make space for a whole new fabulous wardrobe of clothes to appear!

If you’re keeping clothes because you might fit back into them one day I want you to throw them away. Having old clothes as a reminder that you can’t fit into them anymore will stop you from making progress. If you lose weight then treat yourself to some new clothes! Yesterday I threw out all of the clothes that are now too big, which was a great feeling.

FRIDGE/PANTRY

It’s time to throw the spices you haven’t used in 18 months in the trash. Also, the vitiams that are over their sell-by date. The fridge/pantry is one of the most frequented areas for clutter to accumulate. Ensure your food area is light, bright and ordered. You need to love and look after the holding areas that the food is kept in. After all, it fuels your beautiful body!

CAR

My kids are like little piglets sometimes. It’s time to take all of the little bits of trash out of the car or the candy wrapper stuffed into the glove box. Looking after your car says to the Universe that you care and that you are open to the possibility of caring for a Gran Turismo silver Maserati one day! We spend a lot of time in our cars so making sure it’s de-cluttered is imperative.

INBOX

I love getting emails. But lately it’s been getting a little overwhelming. If I don’t keep organised with responding to emails then it begins to feel like the mountain of laundry that needs to get folded regularly.

Go through your inbox and delete any unwanted subscriptions. Also, if you use gMail you can create handy little filters and labels to help the de-clutter process automate itself.

DESK/OFFICE SPACE

It’s time to tidy your desk or at least find it under that pile of papers! Go through all of your documents and make sure everything is filed correctly. Also beautify your space and make your office area somewhere that inspires productivity.

It’s nearly the weekend. When would be the perfect time be to declutter your space to boost your manifesting mojo? Feel free to share your photos + ideas on the SP Facebook page.

Sarah xo

7 Tweet Secrets for Greater Flow

Beautiful Flowing Rainbow Hair via Pinterest

I met my boyfriend on Twitter...

Twitter is a magical place with unlimited possibilities. I've been active on Twitter for 3 years, 5 months and 28 days (to be precise). I've met so many amazing and inspiring people. Since then, I have seen some massive changes. Three years ago it was a much smaller community. There was a much more supportive atmosphere where people concentrated on quality of followers and not quantity. I wrote a lot more about this topic in The Power of Influence. In fact, Twitter was the reason that Wiley came to me to write a book on social media in the first place. I unleashed my tweet flow and landed a book deal, a boyfriend and a blossoming business all thanks to the Twitterverse!

Early on I cracked a code to attracting a targeted list of followers to maintain influence and authentic audience retention. It's called Tweet Adder and I run the software daily searching for people and targeted key words. If you're looking for a cost effective way to manage your Twitter promotion and management then this will be a great tool to collect for your business.

**Please note: Software like TweetAdder can only really work when used in conjunction with an authentic social media strategy. No one likes a spammer, a bot or emotionless automated messages or tweets. It is, however, a cool tool to find like-minded people.

Today I thought I'd suggest 7 Tweet Secrets for Greater Flow so you can start to make magic happen in your own tweet stream...

1. The key is connection. Remember that there are real people out there that are looking to make authentic friendships with you. Ensure that your attitude is open to the possibility of forming real friendships. When I first tweeted with @VPSEAN I had no idea that this guy on the other side of the planet would end up being the love of my life.

2. Be yourself.  Just be you. Share your interests, your dreams, your observations and your view on life. Being you is a true gift that you can share with the world with your own authentic voice. Tweet from your heart.

3. Ask questions. Asking questions is the best way to strike up a conversation with someone. Imagine you were standing by yourself in a crowded room at a party. Joining the party is about asking questions to break the ice and start the conversation flowing.

4. Don't be paranoid. Only a small percentage of people out there are perverts, stalkers, identity thieves or serial killers. Don't allow yourself to live in fear that your tweets might attract the attention of weirdos. They're out there, but fear only attracts fear... so live fearlessly! Note: Do be sensible about information about your children. Don't ever give out their real names, schools etc.

5. Keep a list of your favourite people. If you have a lot of followers or are following a lot of people then make lists of people you are interested in keeping up to date with. Twitter allows you to make the lists private so you can create a hot girls list or cute boys list without them knowing. Or you could become a celebrity stalker.

6. You can't please everyone. Being a people pleaser is a pain in the butt. If I answered every single time a person tweeted me then I'd go bananas. Seriously bananas. Realise that you can't please everyone. However, try to respond as much as you can to the people you do know. Never feel bad if you miss the appropriate window of time to respond. If the tweet is older than three days...forget it. Our attention spans have evolved to be shorter for a reason. It's time to be more present and surrendered!

7. Celebrate and share awesome content. When you read something cool then re-tweet it, share the love or link to it in your blog. Supporting the work of others is so important. True success is celebrating the success of others when them.

8. (BONUS) Follow Friday or #FF or #FollowFriday is annoying. This is seriously outdated and cluttering the tweet stream. Ensure that you give compliments or express appreciation to others, but a tweet with 8 twitter handles saying 'Follow Friday' is not effective what-so-ever. Thanks, The Management.

I hope this helps inspire your tweet flow!

Until next time,

Love Sarah xox
